For our Marketing team in the EMEA headquarter in Frankfurt am Main, Coleman currently is looking for a

EMEA Communication & Events Manager (m/f)

Principal responsibilities

International fairs (Outdoor, Spoga):

• lead the organization and the coordination of our participation
• brief the agency in charge of the booth (theme, floor plan, assortment)
• liaise with marketing leaders on assortment and merchandising
• liaise with the organizer for booking the space (surface, position, extras)
• budget management

Annual sales meeting:

• lead the organization of the annual EMEA sales meeting
• scout potential venues and brief the managers of the venue
• venue booking after a rigorous cost analysis / comparison
• budget management

Quantitative and qualitative market research:

• conduct all types of research across EMEA region
• briefing, coordination and communication with suppliers (third parties)
• construction and validation of questionnaires / discussion
• collection, consolidation of data and reporting to the marketing team

Organization of product photo shootings:

• contract and brief models agency / photographer / studio
• planning and schedule management
• budget management

Coordination of product catalogues:

• conception of catalogues structure (including new SKUs and related content)
• collection and inclusion of visuals such as renderings / images / sketches / icons / texts
• copywriting in consumer language
• management of graphic design agencies

Internal communication:

• efficient exchange with other departments within central EMEA organization (Product Marketing, R&D) to support project management
• support market request in terms of photos (SMUs), artworks, design guidelines, photo library access, POS and other relevant media

Coordinate external agencies:

• graphic designers, copywriters, printers, pos producers, photographers, research agencies, models, studios, transport providers

Profile and competences

• 3 year experience minimum
• experience working across EMEA or an international environment preferable
• excellent English and German speaker, French is a plus
• graduated in Marketing / Communication
• ability to execute and deliver (“doer”)
• aptitude to communicate information across multi language markets and continents
• previous experience at supporting marketing unit and markets
• previous experience in demonstrating successful hands-on operational
• ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise recommendations and action
• good Project Management and copywright skills
• previously managed external relationships with third party suppliers in events, printing
• multitasks, flexible, ability to fit a small team unit
• some occasional travel required, within Europe

Location:
You will be based in our EMEA headquarters in Hattersheim near Frankfurt am Main/Germany.
