Job Description:

The Display Power Test Team is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated team leader who can bring in ATE test development experience and leading skills.

• You will be working on ATE test development and leading & managing a test engineering team
• Developing leading edge Display Power IC’s and supporting production and ramp-up
• Responsible for ATE Test S/W and H/W definition/planning, development, debug, device characterization, validation and qualification according to TI development flows and standards
• Interfacing with cross-functional teams e.g. design, system, quality, validation, lab etc. and working with manufacturing & production sites, continuously improving / optimizing development processes
• Test solution optimization for improved NPD process, cost and manufacturability
• People development, coaching and training for high performance

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, broad Analog / Mixed Signal IC test engineering skills
• Excellent ATE S/W & H/W development experience (7+ years), preferable EAGLE ETS364-System
• Broad and deep knowledge/experience in analog + digital IC test techniques, tools, flows, characterization, qualification and profound statistical analysis & methods
• Team player, capable of effectively interacting with multiple teams, people and cultural sensitivity
• Highly self-motivated, creative, open personality, ability to create trust
• Leadership and motivation skills, preferable with a proven track record
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English are a must
• Soft-skills of a Leader,’ working with international- and cross-functional team members, having the ability to further develop and train people
• Proactive decision making and trouble shooting skills in balance with development success, desire for continuous improvement
