The core of this technical service is a multifunctional combines an interface Payment hosting service, various payment methods and risk control modules.

Technical Support Specialist (m/f)

Summary
We are looking for motivated colleague with good peoples skills via telephone / email and is able to do initial technical investigation for problems and provide first level technical support. Fresh graduates with science / IT background are welcome.

We are looking for a friendly candidate who has an organized approach to his/her work and is attentive to details, self-motivated and can work in a complex distributed multicultural environment. We are open for candidates from Frankfurt as well as from other parts of the world if you are considering relocation to Frankfurt, Germany.

What you will be working on?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answer support requests by email, phone and through the ticketing system
• Documentation of (incident-) reports and solutions in a ticketing system
• Tracking tickets and following up with stakeholders
• Root cause analysis of problems
• Proactive recognition of room for improvements
• Updating of documentations and manuals
• Creation and administration of user accounts in our own Payment Gateway
• Maintain API document on WordPress or similar platforms
• Being part of the 24/7 support team on rotation basis

What you will need to bring to the table?

Our main requirements

• English and German fluent in speaking and writing
• Have strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and with Windows / Linux OS
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or similar
• Basic knowledge of some scripting languages like Perl, Python or Ruby
• Have a high stress tolerance
• An appreciation of the IT environment
• Friendly and approachable personality
• German work permit

Great if you have

• Experience of working in the support sector
• Basic knowledge of Scrum and Agile development
• Good communications skills and confident appearance
