Technical Consultant / Functional Expert CRM (f/m)
Your responsibilities
• Design, develop and prepare technical documentation of Dynamics CRM solution components
• Build/customize CRM forms, views, as well as workflows and reports
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionalities as well as custom code
• Identify creative and effective workarounds to meet requirements while trying to avoid the development of custom code
• Create data migration and integration mappings
• Define technical working packages and lead technical discussions with our external international development teams
• Monitor and support the software development and testing
• Distribute information on the latest CRM-related and technology news to the team members
• Prepare and deliver internal technical CRM trainings/workshops
Your background
• University degree in (applied) computer sciences, engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2013 and 2015 is required
• CRM SDK and Developers Toolkit
• Programming languages – C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, Silverlight
• Architect/design CRM systems, related customizations, portals and reports
• CRM development or integration best practices
• Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
• SQL Reporting Services
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Knowledge of requirements management methods and modeling notations (e.g. UML, BPMN), ideally in an agile environment
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to communicate with international customers (cultural awareness)
