Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Purchasing Manager (m/f). Within this exciting and challenging role you are mainly responsible fo Novaled´s Purchasing Strategy. Your responsibilities will be the following:

Development and implementation of a company supplier relationship management
Identification and assessment of suppliers especially for our technical departments
Conducting contract- and price negotiations (conditions, terms)
Establishment and management of long-term supplier relationships
Regular creation of supplier analysis, purchasing reports and statistics
Support supplier audits
Close cooperation with Company Quality Management and technical departments

Your Profile:

Master / Diploma Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Chemistry, Business Administration or related fields
Several years relevant work experience in strategic purchasing and supplier relationship management, ideally gained in an industrial company
Basic technical and chemical understanding is strongly expected
Outstanding negotiation skills; profound legal skills, especially contract law
Proven customer orientation; structured and proactive working style
Strong diplomatic skills and professionalism in communication
Very good MS Office skills
Good German and Excellent English language skills
Willingness for occasional business trips
