Regional Sales Manager (m/f) for LED lighting
for Northern Germany
As a regional sales manager, you will be directly responsible for developing the market of LED lighting in Northern Germany. You will focus on building sales channels through local distributors, contractors, lighting and electrical consultants, wholesalers, system integrators and professional end-users. You understand the future trend of Energy Management and Smart Building Industry, and you find the good entry point for future total solution providing.
Your Challenge
• Maintaining and increasing sales in your region
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Servicing the needs of your existing customers
• Identifying and proactively searching new professional end-customers and potential partners in the target-market and product-segment
• Identifying potential channel partners in the given areas
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Your Profile
• Commercial degree with good technical understanding of lighting business or Technical degree in electronics & very good understanding of commercial business
• German (native speaker´s level) and English fluent speaking is mandatory
• At least 5 years active in sales functions
• Profound technical experience in lighting business
• Willingness to travel at least 50% per month
• Experience in working for globally acting organizations
