We are currently recruiting for a Legal Counsel (f/m) to work in our European Headquarters in Alzenau, only 30 minutes away from Frankfurt/Main.

Legal Counsel / Contract Manager (f/m)

Your tasks on a global level will include:

• Review, draft and negotiation all types of agreements – including inbound, outbound and partnership agreements
• Review and re-evaluation of existing agreements with our B2B clients to customize these continuously according to the Business requirements
• Support Sales Managers and their teams in contract negotiations to achieve the best contract terms
• Interpretation of case law, as well as general legal advice
• Establish guidance and policies in collaboration with management
• Administration and archiving of contracts
• Revision and draft of product licensing terms

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years practical experience in working for a well-respected law firm or a multinational IT- / Software company
• University degree in Law
• Strong communication skills as well as a high ability to influence and negotiate on all kinds of management levels
• Fluent English and German skills, French would be advantageous but not a requirement
• Technical proficiency with the MS-Office-suite
