Your main duties:

You will work hands on our B2C platform by adding content like manuals, FAQs, pictures, videos and much more to the products our users add to our platform. You’ll interact with the itembase user base as a moderator and you’re going to dedicate your hours to guaranteeing the best possible user experience. You’ll build processes along the way and think of ways to improve and automate this service. You’ll report directly to the management team and gain valuable insights to the life of a young Internet startup.

You should bring the following qualifications:

Current student at one of Berlin’s universities
Great interest in gadgets and products
Great technical understanding und curiosity of new technology and web applications
Very thourough and hungry personality
Passionate about user experience and usability
Strong problem solving skills and very good communication skills
Fluency in English or German, additional languages are more than welcome
