For our highly motivated team in Berlin we are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic
CRM Manager (m/f)

As CRM Manager you are responsible for nurturing and developing our customer member base. Your goal is to improve customer retention and to build an outstanding customer relationship. This position is a maternity leave replacement starting around April 2016 (or sooner) and lasting around 14 months.

Your responsibility:

• Develop and monitor a customer loyalty strategy that leverages all customer touch-points.
• Responsible for developing and executing initiatives to improve customer retention and customer relationship.
• Own all communication with our members across all platforms and devices (Email, Push notification, website messages).
• Oversee performance metrics related to retention and retention campaigns. You report results and learnings to the management team and provide recommendations based on program effectiveness.
• Work with your international counterparts to share best practices and analytics.

Your profile:

• 3 years’ experience of developing and executing loyalty strategies in a digital business.
• You are eager for new challenges and want to play an important role in growing our business.
• Strong customer focus and come up with innovative ideas to improve the customer relationship.
• You are analytical and understand how to transform analysis into actionable measures.
• You are fluent in German and English. If you speak French, it is even better!
• You work very result oriented, structured and independent.
• You are open-minded, creative and want to have fun while working.
