As a key member of the newly formed dedicated Audible.fr Marketing and Merchandising team, the

CRM Manager (m/f) – Audible France

will be responsible for driving revenue and customer engagement in the French Market. The right candidate will demonstrate a highly creative mind, a sound business sense, editorial acumen and a knack for getting things done. The position’s most critical duties and responsibilities include merchandising key pages and content of the Audible France experience with new and exciting content, creating online and email campaigns to drive member engagement and providing meaningful analysis to drive improvement.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and optimize product selection and merchandising with the goal of exposing the best and most attractive content to our customers, driving revenue, maximizing conversion and amplifying customer engagement.
• Conceive and write editorial features and promotional copy leveraging product expertise for on-site and email promotions and programs, maintaining standards and creativity of Audible’s Editorial Voice.
• Develop and implement bold, creative promotions and programs, marketing communications and special projects throughout Audible France engagement channels.
• Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Design, Customer Support, Product, and Content) to bring these experiences and functionalities to market.
• Work with design and editorial teams to ensure that member marketing communication goals are met.
• Build promotional pages and incentives via systems tools.
• Maintain ownership of French merchandising metrics, regularly communicating results to senior management.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in online marketing / merchandising.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and communication skills, with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results. Ability to work both strategically and tactically.
• Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics.
• Fluent French and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with web / mobile analytics programs i.e., Site Catalyst, Google Analytics. Basic HTML skills. Knowledge of XML and a general understanding of web development.
• Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner.
• Familiarity with the French content market. Passion for books, audiobooks, and digital entertainment.
• Knowledge of mobile app eco-system, hardware, and operating systems and a general understanding of web development.
