CAPEX & Capacity Planning Manager (m/f) EUROPE & ASIA
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this function you shall lead CAPEX approval and capacity planning processes for Europe and Asia:
• Coordinate global CAPEX optimization initiatives within the corresponding region
• Maximize regional profitability through optimization of capital investments and new program allocation analysis
• Manage regional aggregate capacity planning process and actively seek opportunities to maximize utilization of existing capacity
• Develop and challenge economic evaluation of projects (e. g. new & replacement programs / M&A opportunities / vertical integration initiatives) to ensure profitability
• Perform Program Profitability Tracking and Nemak Internal Audits
• Coordinate with the sites the preparation of the CAPEX Committee documents for project approvals
• Coordinate ALFA (parent company) audits for corresponding region
• Coordinate CAPEX approval process in coordination with the BU Director, Plant & Commercial Team
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Finance, MBA degree is beneficial
• Business fluent in English spoken and written, German and Spanish are of advantage
• Min. 2 years of experience at Business Development, knowledge of industrial engineering
• Overall 5 years of experience in a similar area
• Economical evaluations and presentation skills
• Analytic and strategic thinking, result-oriented
• Team work, people development and cross-cultural versatility
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to learn
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
