Account Manager (m/f) International
Automotive Intelligence
Specific Job Duties:
• Giving the highest priority to customer satisfaction by maintaining effective interpersonal relationships and supporting and consulting our International clients
• Continuous presentation of our newest reports and analysis methods
• Working with Product Management to develop new products / solutions or enhance existing ones through customer feedback and analytical insights
• Account based planning and steering
• Responsibility for established accounts and acquisition of new accounts
• Analytical tools offered are Excel and Cognos
Requirements:
• University degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in data analysis
• Fluent in business English, other languages like German, French, Spanish or Italian are an advantage
• Experience in consultancy and sale of information products
• Enjoying the combination of Sales & Analysis
• Understanding of numbers and tables
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Interest in automobiles, preferably first experiences in the Automotive industry
• Willingness to travel (20% of time)
• Must be flexible with the ability to work effectively alone and collaboratively with all colleagues
