Within the Tech organization we are looking for a
Scrum Master (m/f)

to work on our next-generation advice platform solutions. You will be a part of our engineering team who is working on products arising in the areas of telephony, web services, TV, print media and data technologies.

Your duties:

Executing Iteration plans within a long-term Release plan.
Ensuring the team achieves the release goals and velocity within the scaled Agile framework.
Responsible for identifying issues and unblocking the developers.
Responsible for leading sprint planning sessions, User Story decomposition to tasks that fully achieve the Definition of Done.
Applying industry tooling to ensure User Story completeness.
Working closely with Product Owners to drive requirements collection and the creation of Release and Iterations plans.

Your profile:

University Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
Excellent knowledge of Java server based environments. php would be a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Proven experience in delivering successfully within a scaled Agile framework.
Expertise in test automation and site acceptance test reporting.
Ability to maintain high accuracy and quality levels while working to tight deadlines and meeting the business requirements.
Ability to work as a part of a self-organizing Scrum team in which you determine your tasks on a daily basis – that includes handling multiple tasks at the same time and working in a lively environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with architects, developers, test engineers, product managers, product owners and other team members.
Scrum Master qualification is a plus.
Good written and oral language skills in English.
