O’Reilly’s Irish Pub Group is a business, which has been setting the standard in the international Irish pubs’ market since 1994. The O’Reilly’s chain has pubs located in the heart of five major European cities; namely Amsterdam, Brussels, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Heidelberg. We have two bars in the cities of Brussels, Amsterdam and Frankfurt, which means we currently have eight establishments. Our renowned history of helping British and Irish expats find accommodation, adjust to the culture and become accustomed with the city means all you have to worry about is booking your flight! Our menu consists of traditional Irish food, which we are always developing, in order to leave customers with mouth-watering memories. We are preferably looking for candidates, whom have already had experience in the gastro-pub industry and ideally experience in the kitchen of an Irish pub.
This position encompasses the following tasks:
• Leading a team of up to 10 staff;
• Menu development;
• Maintaining acceptable gross profit margins;
• Training, assessing and developing staff using our in-house system;
• Costing menus;
• Assisting in recruiting kitchen staff members;
• Responsible for stock control;
• Making food orders;
• Calculating the monthly budget;
• Updating the roster accordingly;
• Delivering consistency.

• Can handle a challenge;
• Good computer skills.
