Quality Co-ordinator required for an esteemed Health Organization in the UAE

The Quality Co-ordinator will be responsible for the development, administration and management of clinical policies, protocols and quality standards for the Organization. Support the organization in meeting the requirements of the appropriate accreditation standards.

The Ideal candidate will have the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, healthcare, business or related healthcare field. Master’s degree strongly preferred. A combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree when the experiences are directly related to the functions of the position;
• At least 3 years experience as a Quality Co-ordinator in a healthcare setting;
• Fluent in English;
• Arabic Language-desirable;
• Another western language–desirable.
