THE COMPANY AND ITS FOUNDERS
The start-up, we are recruiting for, is offering a revolutionary way for monetizing virtual goods and was founded in 2009. Using an advertising-based online payment solution the company is working together with partners like Gameforge, Bigpoint and Frogster as well as Procter & Gamble, Skype or AT & T. They are now recruiting a PRODUCT MANAGER FRAUD AND TARGETING (m/f).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
# Take on ownership of the start-up\\\’s fraud prevention and targeting engine
# Monitor fraud levels and behavior of fraudulent users
# Further develop and improve the company\\\’s fraud prevention engine, combining fraud probability scores of users, applications, offers and other factors to significantly reduce fraud and chargeback rates
# Conceptualize and develop targeting algorithms that optimize the performance of their offerwall
# Specify these solutions in comprehensive requirements documents
# Extensively test and monitor all changes to evaluate which levers could improve performance most
YOUR PROFILE
# Extensive experience in management of fraudulent behavior in web applications
# Excellent university degree in management, computer science or any analytical fields
# Deep understanding of internet technologies including their security aspects
# Strong data analysis skills and ability to come up with pragmatic, effective solutions for complex problems with many indeterminate factors
# Very strong problem solving skills, very quick learner
# The ability to multitask and work autonomously
# Good communication skills
# Motivation to work in a fast-paced, challenging startup environment
# Passion for designing and improving web applications
CONDITIONS
The position is based in Berlin. Start as soon as possible. Salary is negotiable.
