Job Description:
Responsible for all aspects of Customer Quality for a critical market segment in Europe, acting as the Customer Advocate by communi­cating the customer’s quality and reliability requirements into TI’s business organizations, and representing TI’s quality and reliability back to the customers, managing their expectations accordingly. You will direct and support a team of highly skilled and experienced quality engineers to execute the strategy for each customer account, interfacing directly with the customers and business units, ensuring that products and services meet or exceed customer requirements. As part of your role, you will have directly assigned customer respon­sibility, reporting into the EMEA Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) Director.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or semiconductor physics or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Fluent English and German skills in word and writing
• Experience working in a US based cultural environment with customers worldwide
• Experience in Quality Management and direct exposure to customers
• Broad technical knowledge of semi­conductor technologies, products and manufacturing processes
• Team oriented
• Be able to work under high pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical ability
• Willing to take responsibility / solving problems
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
