Job Description
As an HR Generalist you will get to learn how to manage the day-to-day operations of HR. You will get exposure to a variety of different HR fields like recruiting, university relations, compensation, talent development and many more.
This on-the-job training will be coupled with formal training, networking with peers and leaders as well as assignment of projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor or master degree in business administration with a major in Human Resources
• Some relevant work experience besides your academic career
• Strong communication skills and first rate English language skills
• Can think in unconventional ways, is creative and open-minded
• Likes working in an international environment
• Enjoys a fast pace working environment
