Managing Director-Required for an esteemed Health Organization in the UAE

Overview of Role-As a Managing Director for the Health Organization you will be required to:

1. Ensure the business success of the organization and subsequent associated affiliates while meeting or exceeding the returns on investment required by the company;
2. Provide overall leadership to the staff of the organization so to enhance quality, efficiency, empowerment, staff development, and the values of the company;
3. Develop and implement the strategy for the establishment of new additional facilities for the organization.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Graduate in Healthcare Management or related areas
• Professional qualification in related area (desirable)
• At least seven years senior healthcare management experience including direct operational responsibility for the delivery of healthcare services coupled with budgetary responsibility
• Experience in healthcare management in the Middle East preferable
• Strong team leadership skills and planning/project management skills
• Strong financial capability
• Fluent in English
• Arabic language-desirable
• Another western language-desirable
